Mindfulness is the practice of being aware – aware of your mind, your heart, your body and the world around you. By being aware of each moment and bringing awareness to heart, body and mind, you are able to function more clearly and effectively.

Once a month, we organize on weekends a Mindfulness Day at Van Tri Pagoda, 13 km from Hanoi. Under the guidance of Sister Thich Hanh Chau, we practice listening, walking, tea drinking, eating, sleeping and sitting meditation from 8.30 am – 3.00 pm. On Friday evenings, from 6.00 – 8.00 pm, we organize a sitting and eating meditation under the guidance of a Zen meditation master, who also follows the teachings of the Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
